It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen McCain of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen McCain to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson Neal and Haselyn Parks Neal; her husband Robert McCain; her son Bobby Calvin McCain; and her siblings, Aaron Neal, Cletus Neal, Guy Neal, Milburn Neal, Margaret Snipes, Betty Joyce Horton, Inez Rankin, Edna Mosier, Minnie Lee Phillips and Sarah Jane Neal.

She is survived by: her children, Billy Neal McCain (Candace) of Clover, SC and Mary Ann Willis (Wayne) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Brandy Campbell (Curtis), Mandy Willis (Bryan Walker), Brianne Price (Jesse), Alyssa McCain, Neal McCain and Lee McCain; her great grandchildren, Emma Campbell, Lydia Campbell, Hannah Campbell, Nicole Price and Liam Price; and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth McCain of Gastonia.
