He was predeceased by: his parents, Barkley Stogner and Flonnie Mae Carnes Stogner; his daughter Debbie Ward; and his granddaughter Candice Knight. He is survived by: his children, James David Stogner (Cynthia) of Lancaster, Scott Stogner (Lisa) of Lancaster and Sheila McManus (John) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
