She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson Horton, Sr. and Annie Laura Belk Horton; her children, Andrew Willhite and April Willhite; her sister Rhonda Moore; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Reece.
She is survived by: her grandson Waylon Bruce Starr; her husband Johnny Paul Starr; her children, Amy Willhite (Jesse), Emma Willhite, Gregory Horton (Ann), Johnny Paul Starr II (Sarah) and Ricky Starr (Madison); her grandchildren, Gabby Shanks, Andrew Horton, Caison Usher and Addison Usher; her sisters, Dawn Reece and Karen Horton; her sister-in-law Gail Horton; and her brother Bryant Horton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted children, grandchildren, siblings, and best friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations toward her funeral expenses would be warmly welcomed.
