She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Brice Bowers, Sr. and Mary Louise Player Bowers; and her siblings, Elaine Medlin, Billy Bowers and Junior Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Hargett, Michael Gardner (Frankie), Chris Gardner (Lynn) and Richard "Junebug" Gardner, Jr. (Brandy Murphy); her grandchildren, Greg (Kathleen), Michael, Misty, Brittany (Will), Lisa (Jonathan), Amy (Amber), Tanner (Jessica), Chandler (Erin), Destiny (Cody), Wriston (Danielle), Griffin (Kameron), Paitan (Ann) of Grayson, DJ, Zack and Zane; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Bowers and Kathy Bowers. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
