He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hargett Parkman of Lancaster; his children, J. T. Parkman of Fort Mill, Clyde Parkman (Terry) of Kershaw, Christopher Lynn Parkman of Chesterfield, Patricia Pauline Lucas of Lancaster and Jeannette Lucas Robertson (Jamie) of Lancaster; his siblings, Harold Parkman (Sue) of Murrells Inlet and Joy Parkman Bazemore (Wayne) of Murrells Inlet; his grandchildren, Chrissy Parkman Turner (Will), Corey Parkman, Phillip Starnes, Mike Sutton, Nicole Strickland (Alexander), Jessica Adams (Mason), Joe Lucas and Dillon Huggins; and his sister-in-law Shirl Hargett (Frank) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
