It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie L. Carter (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband William McDonald; her parent Jessie; her son-in-law Michael Rudolph Jenkins; and her sisters, Maggie Hinson, Mildred Powell, Annette Mahaffey and Carolyn Poston.
She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Annette Jenkins, Shenell Knight (Wayne), Rita Faye Duncan (Michael) and Tammie Lynette Mathews (James). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, 15 Great Great Grandchildren, 1 brother.
