He is survived by: his friend Friend; his wife Cheryl Benoy Fox; his children, Darlene Smith (Chris) and Loyd Fox (Donna); his grandchildren, Danielle Wood (Dustin) of Eufaula, Amary Doehling (Michael) of Rock Hill and Abigail Fox of Van Wyck; his great grandchildren, Alex, Will Doehling, Samantha and Carlie Wood; and his siblings-in-law, Joe R. Bailey and Judy Rowell. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
In recognition of his outstanding and exemplary contributions to the Damascus community and the well-being of its youth, Rev. Fox was honored with the Governor's Citation.
