She is survived by: her children, Daniel Outwater (Casey) of Vale, NC and Tiffany Outwater (Jason Cauthen) of Lancaster; her siblings, James "Jimmy" Hillebrand of Chicopee, MA and Janice Palmer of Albany, NY; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Garrett, Debbie Waldorf and Cathy Coe. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
