With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joann Stewart of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Finley Stewart; her son Wesley Calvin Stewart; her parent Lucille Hinson; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Hinson and Sue Stewart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Beard (Randy) and Wanda Knight (Willard); her grandchildren, Heather Knight (Andrew), John Knight (Kristin), Jennifer Knight (AJ) and Danielle Roof (Trevor); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Truesdale, Cana Knight, Ava Gunthrope, Blayke Truesdale, Cara Knight, Rose Gunthrope and Paisleigh Roof; her brother John William Hinson; her brother-in-law Gerald Stewart; and her pet Cocoa. She is also survived by one niece; three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, 1426 Great Falls Hwy., Lancaster, SC 29720.
