As Joel departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joel may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joel leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Harold" McManus and Virginia Ann McManus; and his daughter Heather Owens. He is survived by: his brothers, Todd Owens (Sharon) and Mike Owens (Karen); his close friend Debbie Owens; his granddaughter Scarlett; his nephew David Owens; and his niece Crystal Owens. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
