He is survived by: his partner Gail Houser of Lancaster; his son Russell Atkinson of Lumberton, NC; his stepchildren, David Houser, Steven Houser (Jolene) of Lancaster and Jennifer Houser (Jennifer) of Lancaster; his siblings, Don Atkinson of Georgia, Vicky Jo Atkinson of Sumter and Virginia Manly of Florida; his grandchildren, Terran Atkinson, Ashley Atkinson and Tyler Atkinson; and his stepgrandchildren, Kaylee Hudson and Hannah Hudson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
