He is survived by: his children, Johnsie Moore, Karen Lee and David Kitchen; his brother Rev. David Ervin; his children-in-law, Richard Moore, Sidney Lee and Cheryl Kitchen; his sister-in-law Betty Ervin; and his grandson John. He is also survived by His family circle also includes six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Osceola United Methodist Church (6575 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29720). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Osceola United Methodist Church Cemetery (6575 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29720).
