Juan Thomas Herbert, 40, died Monday, February 7, 2022. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. Crawford Funeral Home Chapel, Bishop Marion Wilson will officiate. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Juan T. Herbert, a son of Vivian Springs Herbert and the late Gregory Herbert was born February 1, 1981 in Charlotte, NC. He was married to Tanisha Herbert.

Survivors include, his wife of Charlotte, NC, two sons, Jalyn Herbert and Dominique Posada both of Charlotte, NC, one daughter, Talesha Jackson of Charlotte, NC, his mother of Lancaster, SC, two brothers, Gregory Anton Herbert of Lancaster, SC, Kareem Herbert of Philadelphia PA, two sisters, Ariel Barnes of Columbia, SC, Nakeithia Wilson of Charlotte, NC, grandparents, Shellie and Annie Peal Springs Sr, of Lancaster, SC, Henry and Almedia Herbert of Philadelphia, mother-in-law, Sherry Curbeam of Charlotte, NC CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME IS IN CHARGE OF ARRANGEMENTS CONDOLENCES CAN BE SENT.
