She was predeceased by: her former husband Major David Carter. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Dale Anderson; her children, Eric Carter, Kendra Anderson, Stephanie Sandefur, Richard Carter, Pam Johnson and Robert Carter; and her siblings, Vonnie Leach, Dennis Leach and Duane Leach. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
