He is survived by: his wife Mary Bailey; his children, Brittani Howington (Drew) and Bryan Outen; his grandson Owen Howington; his aunt Ethel (Clark); and his close friends, Steve, Travis, Brandy, Andy S., Tony W and Wild Bill Knight.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pleasant Dale Baptist Church (133 S Potter Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Pleasant Dale Baptist Church Cemetery (133 S Potter Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
