Kris Rumsey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kris Rumsey of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Terrill Scott Rumsey; and his grandmothers, Frances Estridge and Helen Rumsey. He is survived by: his parents, Kay Preuss Rumsey and Pat Rumsey; his siblings, Pat Rumsey, Jr. (Patty), Brandon Rumsey (Courtney) and Mindy Brown (Mike) of Greer, SC; his nieces and nephews, Claire Rumsey, Carly Shae Rumsey, Justin Brown (Miranda) and Jacob Brown; and his aunt Terry Cauthen. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The Celebration of Life Service for Kris will be private out of caution for ongoing Covid concerns.
