She was predeceased by: her parents, Fowler Garfield Wilborn Sr. and Alter Martin Wilborn; her daughters, Rita Fay, Donna Kay Millsaps and Regina Ann Millsaps; and her siblings, Ruth Wilborn, Margie Dodson, Clair Jane, Garfield Wilborn, Jr. and J. P. Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Bishop (E. Ervin Millsaps); her children, Wendy Waters (Ronald) of Lancaster, SC and Kenneth Millsaps (Angela) of Lancaster, PA; her nephew McKinley Lawhorn III (Betty) of Erial; her grandchildren, Christopher Waters, Zoe' Tran (Domnick), Eryn Petrus (Jayden), Myles, Mikaela and Micah Lawhorn; her sister Mary Cochran of Wilkesboro; and her sister-in-law Apostle Linda M. Jones of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Reins - Sturdivant Chapel.
