He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ominsky and Lillian Ominsky; and his brothers, Harris and Robert Ominsky. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bevacqua Ominsky; his children, Deborah Devine (Jonathan) of Charlotte, NC and Michael Ominsky of Ann Arbor, MI; his grandchildren, Joshua Devine (Audrey Grace), Sydney Devine, Katelyn Devine, Hattie Ominsky and Annalie Ominsky; his great grandchild Piper; his sister Fran Markowitz (Martin); and his sisters-in-law, Marsha Ominsky and Rosalyn Ominsky.
