She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Randolph Hunter and Annie Shehane Hinson; her siblings, William "Catfish" Hunter, Barry Hunter, Shelby Jean Taylor, Joyce Snipes and Brenda Kennington; and her son-in-law James "Jamie" W. Langley.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon McManus; her children, David Scott (Molly Flynn), Pam Scott Funderburk and Debra Scott Watts; her stepdaughters, Debbie McManus Haynes (Mike) and Donna McManus Hayes (Mike); her grandchildren, Hannah Funderburk, Haven Langley, Garrett Haynes (Kristen), Kaitlyn Haynes Waldo (Logan), Megan Funderburk Balcerzak (Drew), Blake Langley (Autumn), Nicholas Watts and Will Langley (Aaliyah); her great grandchildren, Asher Langley, Harley Langley and Daniel Haynes; her brother-in-law W. J. "Dub" Snipes; and her niece Tanjia Foster (Wayne). She is also survived by family members and friends.
