He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mashburn Sizemore and Thomas Guyle Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Pat Scruggs; his children, Sandra Scruggs Seebeck (Clay) of Moore, Mark Hamilton Scruggs (Marianne) of Winnipeg, Canada and Selena Crace (David) of Huber Heights, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tobias Hamilton Scruggs, Anna Blair Seebeck and Taylor Marie Scruggs; and his siblings, Steven Sizemore (LaDonna) of Weaver, Alabama and Guylene Burgess of Canton.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Arp Church (701 North Main Street, Lancaster, SC 29720).
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, memorials may be made to First Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, 701 North Main St, Lancaster, SC 29720.
