He is survived by: his parents, German Chavez and Veronica Gonzalez Herrera; his children, Santigo Rosales, Jesus Rafael Rosales, Isabel Rosales and Liliana Varonica Rosales; and his siblings, Jose Martin Lopez, Alejandro Rosales, Maria Guadalupe Rosales and Monserrat Chavez.
