He is survived by: his wife Lucille Twitty Ballard; his daughters, Richelle Ballard of York, Candace Franklin (Jerel) of Kershaw, LaToya Gonzales (Ivan) of Lancaster and Jovon Twittyand Tito Twitty (Wanda) of Lancaster, SC; his siblings, Ernest Ballard of Heath Springs, Carrie Bell Lathan (Arthur) of Winnsboro, Diane Elder of Pennsylvania, Johnnie Mae Mackey (Clifton) of Heath Springs and Lula Nichols (Michael) of Kershaw; and his close friends, Barbara Couch, Dot Fletcher, Linda, Al Blackwell, John Ealey, Dennis, Tammy Cobbs, Butch Truesdale, Hunter, Shan and Biscuit. He is also survived by twenty five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
