With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ricky Starr (Lancaster, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Laura "Jane" Starr; and his siblings, April Willhite and Andrew Willhite. He is survived by: his father Johnny Paul Starr I of Lancaster, SC; his significant other Madison McManus of Lugoff, SC.; his son Ozzy Ricky Lee Starr; and his siblings, Amy Willhite (Jesse), Emma Willhite, Greg Horton (Ann) and Johnny Paul Starr II (Sarah).
