He was predeceased by: his father Scott Gregory Skinner; and his grandparents, Richard, Betty McDonald, Barry, Peggy Skinner, Bernard Haflich, Edward and Louise Rupp.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Skinner; his children, Emerson and Jackson Skinner; his mother Jeanne Rupp; his stepfather Lance Rupp; his sisters, Katrina Lowry (Joe), Cassie Hull (Bryce), Cassandra Goemans (Nick) and Emily Hicks; and his nieces and nephews, Zayne, Zara, Zoey Hull, Kali and Kaden Hintz.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Bible Christian Church (1501 E Mary St, Garden City, KS 67846).
