Banks, Tavares Thompson of Englewood, Bridgette Thompson Laney (Scott) of Lancaster, Sandra Brinson (Atticus) of Raleigh, Tashanda Ratliff (Jerri) of Hurt, Tara Thompson of Granite Quarry and Tyeasha Thompson of Kannapolis; and his siblings, Lillian T. Rice of New York, Emma Eversley (Bentley) of Charlotte, James Curtis Thompson of Heath Springs and CleotisThompson (Gloria) of Lancaster. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
