He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Broughton and Betty Louise Hinson Broughton; and his brother Phillip Broughton. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Broughton; his children, Jason Broughton (Janet) of Lancaster, John Broughton (Christie Evans) of York and Jennifer Garrick (Nathan) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Tia Garrick (WA), Courtney Adams (Fort Lawn), Audrey Radzunas (Fort Mill), Cheyenne Broughton Maggie Garrick (Lancaster) and Amelia Garrick (VA); his great grandchild Davey Adams (Fort Lawn); and his sisters, Kathy Snipes (Jimmy) and Tina Brummett (Jeffrey).
