He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gandy and Viola Ray Gandy; his brother Tony Gandy; and his brother-in-law Maxie Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gandy; his children, Melissa Whitener, Rhonda Gandy (Will Gooch) and Kevin Henderson; his siblings, Wayne Gandy (Julie) and Debbie Lucas; and his close friend Rev. Steve Anglin.
