She was predeceased by: her mothers, Evie B. Whitaker and Mary Edna McManus Whitaker; her husband Ronald "Bud" Bailey; her son Richard W. Bailey; her granddaughter Savanna Bailey; and her brothers, Charles Bobby Whitaker, William E. Whitaker and Johnny Whitaker.
She is survived by: her son Ronald "Ronnie" Bailey; her grandchildren, Carley Brewer (Blake), Ryan Bailey (Kathryn) and Blake Bailey (Megan); and her niece Sheila Brownell. She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery (1841 N Rocky River Rd #8925, Lancaster, SC 29720).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church, Bus Fund, 1841 N Rocky River Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720.
