She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Pauline Taylor Threatt; her granddaughter Harley Elizabeth Cook; Sarah Threatt. She is survived by: her father William Herbert Threatt Jr.; her daughter Angela Caskey (Adrian); her granddaughters, Taylor Elizabeth Alexandra Cook (Paul Blas) and Baylee Marie Caskey; her siblings, Susan McMinn and William Dowdy; her close friend Johnsie Blythe (Jackie); and her granddaughter Gabrielle Blythe.
