She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stewart Bell and Annie Belle Harper Bell; her husband William C. Owens, Sr.; her son Richard Emory Burch; and her siblings, Ethel Jackson, William R. Bell, Emory Gaston Bell and James Stewart Bell.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Jack Burch (Sue) of Lancaster and James Michael Burch (Jeannie) of Lancaster; and her grandchildren, Debbie Burch, Danya Eason, Michelle Huffstickle, Danny J. Burch, Jr., Crystal Lords, Terri Storey, Gaston Burch (Miranda), Larry Sims, Phillip Sims and Jason Burch Turner. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
