She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Strain and Malean Phillips Clyburn; her son Danny Ray Osborne; and her brothers, Walter Strain, Parnell Strain, Sr. and Willie Strain.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Osborne of Lancaster, SC, Darryl Osborne of Charlotte, NC, Emmett Osborne of Monroe, NC, Jimmy Osborne of Monroe, NC and Katie Osborne of Lancaster, SC; her siblings, Henry Strain of Lancaster, SC and Lillie Deamus of Lancaster, PA; her close friend Melzetta Kerley; and her caregivers, Glenda Harris, Adrienne Stalk and Tammy Patterson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
