He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Martin; his children, Christal Cooper (Thomas), Joseph Martin, Ray Jones (Nancy) and Shelley Grier (Terrance); his siblings, Steve Martin, Donnie Martin (Shawn), Donna Kay Whitiker and Jimmy Martin; his daughter Shannon Lemon; and his parents, Mary Griffin and Thomas Griffin. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
