As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Tracy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Snipes and Beatrice Snipes; his brother Larry Snipes; and his brother-in-law Joe Hill. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Snipes; his children, Tonya Snipes, Chris and Joshua Snipes; his siblings, Linda Hill and Barry Snipes (Gayle); and his grandson Logan Snipes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, his brothers and sisters.
A reception was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of High Point Freewill Baptist Church (2095 Great Falls Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29720).
