He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Joseph Spagnolo and Linda "Lynn" Dunkler Spagnolo. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Spagnolo; his daughter Crystal Grout of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Joseph "Jack" Grout and Ariana Grout. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
