He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Baker, and Evelyn Baker, Sr. (Manspeaker); his siblings, Mary Jane Schuman, Julie F. Baker and David B. "Bake" Baker; and his nephews, Patrick Garrity and Timothy Emig.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah A Baker of Indian Land, SC; his daughters, Dana Baker Habershaw (Joseph Habershaw) of Hope Valley, RI and Jennifer Baker Ahmed (Jaim Ahmed) of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Makayla Habershaw, Meghan Habershaw, Simone Capozzi, Sophia Ahmed and Sean Ahmed; and his siblings, William B. Baker, Richard M. Baker of Hanover, PA, Ramona E. Garrity of Boca Raton, FL and Dorothy D. Emig of East Berlin, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
