He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Ward Moulton; his parents, Irving Otto Moulton and Annie Hall; and his sister Betty Moulton Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Moulton (Melissa) and April Moulton; his brother Irving Moulton (Diane); and his grandchildren, Jordan Ribelin (Mikaela), Koury Moulton (Sydney), Landon Gardner and Taylor Havens. He is also survived by his two great-grandchildren.
