He is survived by: his son Michael "Mike" Adams (Crystal); his grandchildren, Annabeth Adams, Wyatt Adams and Lawson Adams; his sister Jean Ethridge; his nephew David Ethridge (Tami); his niece DeeDee Blair (David); and his former wife Mary Patricia "Pat" Adams.
