He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Dalton Ford and Dolah Rice Ford; his wives, Sandra Ford and Raye Anne Ford; his children, Ronald Ford, Mark Ford, Cynthia Ford, Jeanie Ford and Sandra Ford; his siblings, Dayton Ford, Virginia Ford, Ruth Ford and Darlene Jackson; and his daughter-in-law Sandi Oborne.
He is survived by: his children, William Gene Ford, Jr. of Indian Land, SC, Michael Oborne (Kristyn) of Marble, NC, Stephen Oborne of Wyandotte, MI, Robert Oborne (Diane) of Colonial Beach, VA, Patricia Lemaster (Bob) of Warren, OH and Sarah Ott (Lowell) of Lancaster, SC; and his brother Jack Ford (Pam) of Akron, OH.. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
