He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Hartley Steen of Heath Springs; his son Richard "Rick" Steen (Nena) of Lancaster; his sisters, Erlene Tinker (Ted) of York and Evelyn Rollins (Andy) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Bethany Steen and Braden Steen.
