With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cle-Ellen Hooper of Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Ervin and Josephine Marie Moore Mehaffey; and her sisters, Betty Sue Hoglan and Joyce Ann Swanger. She is survived by : her husband Robert Hoyt Hooper, Sr.; her sons, Robert "Robbie" Hooper, Jr. and Jeffrey Hooper (Teresa); her grandchildren, Martha and Travis Hooper; and her siblings, Willie "Bill" Mehaffey, Jr. and Mildred Rathbone.
