He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ingram Willis, Sr. and Louise Stroud Willis. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Goodwyn Willis; his children, Charles Ingram Willis of Landrum, Bradley Goodwyn Willis of Landrum and Wendy Pantelas of Pittsburg, PA; his stepdaughters, Sharon Sheppard of Dallas, TX and Susan Kinnaman of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Frances Jones. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
