He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James Neil and Ethel Knox Neil; and his wife Margaret Smith Neil. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Neil Lewkowicz (Ralph) of Valrico; his grandchildren, Ryan Lewkowicz (Megan) of Little Rock and Ashley Hiller (Wes) of Tampa; and his great grandchildren, Adam, Emmy Lewkowicz, Wesley and Maddie Hiller.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Landrum First Baptist Church (300 E Rutherford St #1628, Landrum, SC 29356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (300 E Rutherford St, Landrum, SC 29356).
