She was predeceased by: the father of her children Larry Ashley; her husband David Holbrooks; her parents, Carl DoyleTurner and Annie Lee DoyleTurner; and her brother-in-law Michael Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Ashley (Pam) of Walhalla, Rebecca Wright (Kenneth) of Asheboro and Sherry Epps (Brian) of Blue Ridge; her grandchildren, Nichole Creasman (Joel), Elizabeth Kinton, Amy Gibson (Robert), Samantha Good (Troy), Sarah Baker, Breanna Epps and Alivia Wright (Dakota); and her siblings, Vickie Cox and Sammy Turner. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
