He is survived by: his wife Nellie Lookadoo Mills; his children, Roy Mills (Evelyn) of Landrum, SC., Shirley Mills of Hickory, NC. and Elaine Broome of Conover, NC.; his grandchildren, Jared Broome (Erica), Connor Broome (Katlean) of Newton, NC. and Riley Mills of Durham, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Briggs and Adalynn.
