He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Clemmie Laurel Mills Hood. He is survived by: his children, Larry "William" Hood and Tina Ann Bakker; and his siblings, William "Junior" Hood, Betty Jones and Polly Smith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
