He was predeceased by: his father Rene Benjamin Royaards. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Anne; his children, Eric Brandon (Blythe), Christopher Thomas (Hilary), Natalie Renee (Matthew) and Amanda Marie; his grandchildren, Hendrix, Bennett, Nikolas, Emma Kate, Zeb, Piper, Jake and Cody; his sister Carmen Heatly (David); and his mother Nora Van Dillen Royaards.

There will not be a service at this time, but donations in his memory may be made to the following local organization.
