Rufus Stewart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rufus Stewart of Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Talmadge and Pearl Ethel Lindsey Stewart; and his brother Cecil Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Whitesides Stewart; his children, Sonya Dobbins (Ben) and Rev. Lynn Stewart (Tamera); his grandchildren, Rachel Foister, Hope James, Lindsay Dobbins, Hollis Dobbins, Seth Stewart and Blake Dobbins; and his great grandchildren, Gracelyn and Ellie Foister.
