He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blackwell; his children, Benjamin (Nette), William, Rocky (Xan), Cecil (Lisa) and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Jordan, Brandon, Mark, Josh, Danielle, Dixie, Herby, Courtney, Amber, Dillon, Ashley, Cole and Emily. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
