He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Cochran, Sr. and Jean Foster Boyd; and his sisters, Miriam Evidge, Susan King and Crystal Newman.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Cochran Boland (Ryan) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; his grandchild Kai Boland; and his siblings, Marla Norris (Greg) of Graniteville, Warren Eubanks (Wanda) of Edgefield, Patti Boatwright of Bath and Johnny Cochran (Mary Helen) of Aiken.
