He is survived by: his mother Diane Hicks of Latta; his siblings, Stacy Blackmon of Dillon, Brian Blackmon of Latta, S. C. and Charlie Blackmon of Latta, S. C.; his children, Mariah Blackmon, Alayna Blackmon and Tracy Blackmon Jr. (TJ); his aunts, Linda Perritt and Vivian Caulder; and his pets, Boots and Shadow.
